TRINITY was contracted by Van Metre Homes to construct a new, 2-story base building, with approximately 18,000 gross building area to be used as a “one-stop- shop” for Van Metre customers looking to purchase a new home. The building includes a massive showroom, as well as administration offices for Van Metre’s design team, and space for mortgage and insurance companies. The structure consists of prefabricated structural steel frame, concrete footings with brick veneer exterior walls with light gauge metal studs, standing seam prefinished metal roof system, parking lot, and new signage. Interior features throughout the building include white marble flooring with slate accent wall panels, wood plank feature walls, and a large, monumental staircase with steel railings.
