Tysons Concourse

Atlantic Realty Companies contracted TRINITY to rejuvenate a pair of antiquated office buildings into a lustrous, contemporary office park adjacent to the Spring Hill Road Metro stop in Tysons Corner. Tysons Concourse is a Class A rehabilitation encompassing three spec suites, lobby and corridor upgrades, a lecture hall, and refreshed restrooms throughout the two-building campus. The existing exterior had a magenta EIFS façade, bare landscaping, and otherwise minimal curb appeal, while the interior contained an outdated and dimly lit lobby, corridors, auditorium, bathrooms, and other amenities. TRINITY aided Atlantic Realty Companies in the design of the new “barrel vault" entryways, which utilized the maximum amount of natural sunlight to brighten the entire lobby. TRINITY also worked with the design team to select and apply a new TerraNeo façade to the entire structure, which gave it a newer, granite-like look. Other renovations included: an auditorium expansion, a kitchenette, white marble floors, white painted glass wall accents, and an exterior patio/park was also created to entice workers to socialize and work outdoors on nice days. All work was performed while the building was completely occupied with safety routes set in place to ensure safe passage for tenants with disabilities.
