Stone Ridge Medical Center was developed as an off-campus medical office building that provides outstanding accessibility, visibility, and convenience to allow medical care providers to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in Western Loudon County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States—located less than 300 yards from the newly opened Stone Springs Hospital Center, a 124-bed hospital belonging to HCA Health Systems, with limited on-site medical office availability. The goal of the project was to create a Class-A medical center for the rapidly growing Aldie/Acrola community that is convenient and comfortable to patients while minimizing environmental impacts through the adherence to Loudoun County and the state of Virginia’s adoption and requirement of LEED building standards.
From modern offices to ground-up developments, we bring expertise to every project.
