The new three-bay, 28,000 SF fire station in Tysons, Virginia, serves as a proffered development condition to address fire and rescue needs within the expanding Scotts Run area. This modern facility integrates seamlessly with its urban surroundings, balancing a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a challenging site. In addition to its primary function as a fire station, the building includes public restrooms managed by the Fairfax County Park Authority to accommodate visitors to the adjacent athletic fields. Construction was completed on August 14, 2021, and the station opened the following month.
