Saints Row Brewery

Rehabilitation of an antiquated flex / industrial building to house a 4,500 square foot microbrewery in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The existing structure is to be reinforced, the foundation will be leveled, an updated façade will be installed, and new gas, water, and power connections are to be routed, in addition to the tenant fit-out of the brewery itself.
