PF Partners contracted TRINITY to construct a new, 2-story base building, with approximately 23,000 square feet of gross building area along the Route 28 corridor in Sterling, Virginia. The building includes a spa with sauna, a large cardio area, a yoga area, locker rooms with bathrooms and shower rooms, retail space, and more to accommodate thousands of members. The building was constructed using a steel frame on a concrete pad with brick veneer exterior walls, a metal roof system, a parking lot, and new signage.
