Pike 7 Plaza

Pike 7 is a new 17,000 square foot retail center that is in Tysons Corner, Virginia, adjacent to the Greensboro Drive Metro Station. The project includes new pad-site work, installing new utility lines and access, and construction and build-out of a five-unit retail and restaurant center. Pike 7 utilizes a warm, modern-rustic exterior façade with the use of bare steel, wood, and masonry elements. The project was completed on a 30-week timetable.
