Peterson Headquarters

TRINITY Group Construction was selected to build the new headquarters for Peterson Companies at Fairfax Corner. The project spanned approximately 36,000 square feet across the third floor and part of the second floor, creating a modern, functional space designed to support Peterson Companies' operations. Our scope of work included the complete demolition of the existing interiors down to shell condition, followed by a full build-out to accommodate Peterson Companies’ needs. The new headquarters features private offices, a welcoming reception area, conference rooms, work rooms, a restroom with shower facilities, a spacious kitchen/lounge area, and an internal staircase connecting the floors. For the staircase, a sleek Viewrail System was specified, enhancing both the aesthetic and accessibility between floors.
