The Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program (NVTRP), a nonprofit based in Clifton, provides equine-assisted activities for individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, recovering military personnel, and others in need. After nearly nine years of delays, TRINITY—brought in by Steve Tassi of Savills North America—has completed the Jean & Rick Edelman Riding Arena. This project included site work, parking, stormwater management, landscaping, and the construction of a 17,000-square-foot indoor arena. This new facility allows NVTRP to offer year-round riding and expand services by 60%, significantly reducing its one-year waiting list.
