TRINITY was contracted to perform a complete rehabilitation of a fifty year old condominium development residing over an equally aging retail center in Montgomery Village, Maryland. The condo renovation was the third phase of the overall retail center redevelopment plan, with demolition, abatement, and new construction occurring while keeping neighboring businesses open and safe for access. Each condo building was completely gutted and built out to maximize the space and efficiency of each unit to meet the needs of today's suburban lifestyles.
