The project transformed the entire floor into a combination of private suites and shared amenities. On one side, the floor plate was divided into five individual suites ranging from 3,000 to 5,500 square feet, providing flexibility for a variety of tenants. On the other, TRINITY delivered a comprehensive amenity hub designed to elevate the tenant experience. The shared spaces include two executive boardrooms, four mid-sized conference rooms, two huddle rooms, and private phone booths. A full-service kitchen with dining area anchors the floor, complemented by a lounge with boutique furnishings, an outdoor patio, and upgraded restrooms. Together, the design blends functionality and comfort, fostering both collaboration and community.
