TRINITY Group Construction completed a full interior build-out of a commercial office suite. The scope of work included new metal stud framing and drywall partitions, installation of doors and hardware, acoustical ceiling systems, and full coordination of electrical and lighting throughout the space. The build-out encompassed private offices, conference rooms, open office areas, and a pantry, including associated casework and appliances. Additional work included plumbing rough-ins and fixture installation, flooring and wall finishes, millwork, and coordination of power and data infrastructure to support office furniture systems. All work was completed in compliance with applicable codes and building standards. The project was executed with careful schedule coordination and a strong emphasis on minimizing disruption to adjacent occupied areas.
