Inventa 10th Floor Demolition & White Box

TRINITY Group Construction has performed interior demolition on the 10th floor of Inventa Towers, totaling approximately 30,000 SF. The scope of work includes the removal of non-structural interior partitions, doors, sidelites, ceilings, lighting fixtures, millwork, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and floor and wall finishes. Floor boxes and core drills are being demolished and patched back to their original condition. TRINITY is also responsible for capping plumbing lines, making electrical systems safe in coordination with licensed electricians, and preparing the space for future tenant improvements. All demolition is being performed while protecting active building systems and maintaining clean separation from areas not in scope.
