TRINITY was contracted to reconfigure and fit out the entire second floor of a Class A office building, covering approximately 18,820 square feet. This project involves a comprehensive scope of work, including complete floor demolition and creating five new speculative suites ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet, complete with stylized entryways, warm kitchens, private and open office spaces, and privacy rooms. Additionally, the amenity space included a 60-person conference center with modular partitions, a cozy lounge, executive meeting spaces, privacy rooms, and an open kitchen. TRINITY was also responsible for installing new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, structural modifications, architectural wall redesign, finishing, and equipment installation coordination.
