Major demolition and infrastructure upgrades were undertaken for the complete build-out of Fogo De Chão’s third Maryland location at National Harbor. This vibrant Brazilian steakhouse features an outdoor dining patio with scenic waterfront views of the Potomac River, wine displays, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, and a lively indoor bar. Despite a fast-tracked schedule, construction was completed in just seven months, all while keeping common areas and neighboring businesses open.
