This new ground-up 30,200 square foot facility included ten (10) demised suites with restrooms and assigned suite parking to accommodate the various tenants’ auto inventory. The project included new storm, sanitary, and fire lines, asphalt parking, and tilt-up construction with curtain wall features at the building corners to enhance the auto showrooms. Each suite incorporated full-height glass garage doors, which not only added a significant aesthetic appeal to the suites but also provided a bright and open-air feel to each suite. The suites were made to feel like an entryway showroom.
