Commerce Center at Oaklawn

Major sitework and new construction of two 35,000 square foot industrial buildings with 32-foot-tall panels and a masonry / EIFS façade on a tight, 6-acre site. Construction began in January of 2023 with a 36-week schedule to deliver. The project was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule.
