Coggins International

This interior build-out included demolition and renovation of 25,000 square feet of commercial space to serve as the headquarters for Coggins International, a global leader in Automation and Technology Solutions. The design theme was centered around a warm “mocha cream” and crisp “artic white” color combination to induce a more collaborative and comfortable work atmosphere, while retaining the formality and professionalism within an international office setting. Along with a new office layout, the new Coggins headquarters received an expanded LAN/server room, a full-service café and lounge, a video production and green screen area, an audio recording studio, two training rooms, a large board room, and two lavishly styled executive offices.
