Black Hog BBQ teamed up with TRINITY to launch a fast-casual prototype in Ashburn, VA, expanding from its established locations in Frederick and Middletown, MD. This new concept offers Black Hog BBQ’s popular menu in a quick-service, take-out format to meet the rising demand for limited-service dining and take-away options. The design celebrates BBQ’s rich heritage, featuring a kitchen that resembles a giant smoker as its centerpiece, allowing customers to watch meats being chopped and charbroiled. The space includes a condiment station and retail area for Black Hog’s signature sauces, while the outdoor café evokes a "backyard BBQ" feel with picnic-style seating, porch swings, and a mural proudly declaring, “Darn Good Smoked Meats.”
