TRINITY was contracted by the Brambleton Development Group to construct a new Community Clubhouse, covering approximately 17,000 square feet, in a newly developed retirement community in Brambleton, Virginia. This clubhouse offers a variety of amenities, including administrative offices for property management, a full kitchen and dining room, a private movie theater, an art studio, a yoga studio, a gym, an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, outdoor lounge areas, a lounging pool, and tennis courts. The building was constructed with a blend of wood and metal framing, finished with a vinyl and stone veneer.
