American Real Estate Partners engaged TRINITY to revitalize the entryways, lobbies, and plazas of two office towers in Tysons Corner, near the Spring Hill Metro Station, creating the Highline Greensboro District. This Class A rehabilitation covers a total of 37,430 square feet and introduces a fresh, modern aesthetic to the complex. The transformation features new two-story structural glass walls and exterior metal cladding around the entryways, allowing natural light to permeate the lobbies and enhancing views. The plaza was reconfigured with a rustic palette, incorporating flower beds, boulders, new concrete benches, and a public/private café, the Highline Lounge.
