This multi-phase project involves a Class A repositioning of a privately owned, 10-story GSA building spanning an entire city block, from 901 D Street to 370 L’Enfant Plaza in downtown Washington, DC. The work includes the demolition of existing tenant suites and complete floor reconfigurations, along with the addition of new common areas, spec suites, and tenant build-outs for high-profile occupants such as the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Treasury Inspector, and the Smithsonian Institution.
