TRINITY provided construction services to refresh the lobby, corridors, exterior signage, and upgrade life safety systems for AREP’s new headquarters in Tysons, VA. Completed within a fast-tracked 5-week schedule during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, construction occurred within an occupied building. The interior refresh included selective demolition, new partitions, modified ceilings, upgraded finishes, and enhanced life safety features. Custom additions featured modern lighting configurations, a custom wood veneer reception desk, and acrylic panel ceilings in the two elevator lobbies. Outside, TRINITY installed a 5-foot-tall LED monument sign on a newly polished 1,000-square-foot concrete slab with an integral color mix.
