The move of the company’s local office to National Harbor, Maryland provided MultiView with a clean, contemporary facility that will not only support future growth and greater efficiencies, but continue to demonstrate to their staff the great appreciation and enthusiasm they feel toward them.

Occupying 3,500 square feet on the third floor at 163 Waterfront Street gave MultiView the opportunity to capitalize on new office space, in a spectacular new mixed use development having amazing views of the Potomac River. With an eye toward maintaining their contemporary image, reflective of their expertise in technology and sales, the design team worked to create an environment consistent with the firms’ goals. The success of this project was in creating an exciting, progressive work environment, and at the same time, maintaining a connection to the surroundings.

Upon entering the suite, one is immediately drawn to the built in galley millwork below a custom designed piece of artwork representing the company’s logo, a centrally located oversized stained concrete bar height table, and the wide open space leading to the full height view of the Potomac River and The Awakening below. An open ceiling, floating colored resin panels, specialty wall finishes, distinctive lighting, stained concrete floors and the connection to the open office area are next noticed. The clean, contemporary finishes continue into the main office area, where Herman Miller Resolve workstations complement the floating acoustical panels above, the pendant lighting and accent paint colors. Closed offices and conference rooms are fully transparent because of the storefront glass partitions separating them from the open office area. Staff comfort and collaboration was at the forefront of the design where all staff has direct access to the dramatic views and natural light as well as being encouraged to utilize the central bar table for impromptu meetings and gatherings. The staff at MultiView finds their new work place to be an extraordinary improvement. Having access to nearby restaurants and shops, as well as after-hours establishments, completes the total package.
