TRINITY Selected by Akridge for Innovative Tenant Build-Out
Washington, DC - TRINITY Group Construction, Inc. announced today that it has been selected by Akridge to provide construction services at the Homer Building, 601 13th Street, N.W., Washington, DC. The build-out will be performed for ING Clarion Partners, a tenant and co-owner of the Homer Building. ING and Akridge are voluntarily incorporating 'green' elements into the build-out that are both environmentally sound and more energy efficient.
Designed by Atelier Architects, the 5,900 square foot project includes the demolition and reconfiguration of a portion of ING Clarion's existing space, the installation of new finishes, and expansion of their premises into an adjacent suite in the building.
