TRINITY Awarded Contracts Valued in Excess of $36 Million

HERNDON, VIRGINIA - TRINITY Group Construction, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded multiple contracts worth approximately $36.5 million.  The projects range in scope from one-story office/flex buildings to a 20,000 square foot Class-A office building.

Included in the recent contracts awarded to TRINITY are projects being developed by the following companies:

  • Duke Realty Corporation - TASC V, a five-story, 20,000 square foot office building designed by Davis Carter Scott; and an 80,000 square foot tilt up flex building designed by Architecture, Incorporated.  Both projecs are located in Northern Virginia.
  • Apple Federal Credit Union - A new, stand alone branch located in Fairfax, Virginia. Designed by Wisnewski Blair & Associates.
  • MGP Realty - A 72,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse located in Prince George, Maryland.  Designed by Morgan Gick McBeath.
  • Corporate Office Properties Trust and Opportunity Invest Ventures, LLC - Towerview, a renovation and construction of a tilt-up, flex/office building located in Herndon, Virginia.  Designed by DVA Architects, L.L.C.
