We can’t believe that it has already been 15 years since first opening our doors! TRINITY started with 3 employees in 2002 with a mission to establish lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations and gaining trust through remarkable performance. Today, we are fortunate enough to employ 50 hard-working, dedicated, and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about their careers and take pride in every project that TRINITY takes on. It is through our employees and their hard work that has made TRINITY able to prosper over the last 15 years and we are very thankful to have what we think is an All-Star Team. This team is led by an equally All-Star executive team consisting of Vice President of Operations: Raymond Blake; CFO: Steve Galles; President: Robert Nichols; and Founder & CEO: Flip Wallen; of whom have over 120 cumulative years of construction and development experience and are responsible for TRINITY reaching over $500 million in contracts, and delivering over 1,500 projects since its inception.
