TRINITY Group Construction

Susan brings over 17 years of commercial real estate and construction experience to TRINITY.  She has an in-depth understanding of the development cycle, from master planning through project completion.  Susan has the innate ability to relate to individuals at all levels.  It is this ease in communicating and her warm and friendly demeanor that make her a valuable addition to the TRINITY team.  In her role at TRINITY she focuses on regional opportunities for growth in the mixed-use, tenant interior, flex/industrial, data center, base building, health care, and restaurant/retail markets.

Her areas of responsibility include strategic planning, marketing communications, business development, client/public/employee relations, market research, branding, and community outreach.

Susan has been a participant in several industry groups and associations throughout the years, and maintains memberships in CREW Northern Virginia, GWCAR, NAIOP Northern Virginia and SMPS Washington, DC chapter where she is active on several committees.  She also serves on the steering committee for one of the area's largest prostate cancer fundraising events - the American Cancer Society's National Capital Golf Classic - held annually in June at Trump National Golf Course.

Susan is a native of the Commonwealth of Virginia. She and her family reside in Prince William County, Virginia

Fun Fact: A novice wine connoisseur, golfer, and outdoor enthsiast, Susan is also an avid sports fan (and yes, that includes NASCAR).  She has recently added disc golf to her list of beloved outdoor activities.
